Lazy sunday

Yesterday was the laziest Sunday I think I have had in a long time. Denon and I usually spend every sunday together at the dog park with our two pups but yesterday, we decided to hang out at home and watch some classic TV shows from the 50's. We fell asleep really early, just after 6 which is huge for us (We're night owls). Lately things have been pretty calm at home. There isn't much to complain about!

I don't know what it is about weekends but I absolutely love going out and doing things when Denon has the day off. During the week we only have a few hours together so its important or us to have quality time together on the weekends. Next weekend after I get my new car, I really want to go down to Ventura for the day just to enjoy some time at the beach and maybe have a nice little lunch along with some ice cream possibly?

Today is actually my first day back at work after four months of being gone from a foot injury that occurred at the beginning of the year. So far, things have been pretty good. A couple things have changed but I adjusted pretty well within an hour or so of being at my desk, thanks to my fabulous memory.

Anyway, another thing currently on my mind is my dog Comet, pictured above. Its been nearly Four months without him and I'm still so torn. I can't believe he's been gone for that long already. I miss our lazy Sunday's together. Even though he's gone, I know he is in a better place. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, but time helps all wounds heal.

I hope everyone is having a great Monday today. I know I am. Also look out for a bedroom tour post here soon. I'm definitely working on it! I cant wait to share some cool things with you guys. Again, sorry for slowing down lately, I had a lot going on these past weeks but I'm back and better than ever! Don't forget to stay updated with me on my Instagram.  Stay beautiful babes! xo Nessie
